Return and exchange Policy

  • We are sure you will completely be satisfied with your purchases.
  • Exchange will only be allowed in case the product received is damaged/ defective/incorrect.
  • If the Item is damage/ defective/ incorrect then you can simply email on support@silvya.in within 2 days, since the date you receive your products.
  • We will Respond in 24 hours to serve you the best from us.
  • Products tags must not be removed. Please note: If product tags are removed the items will be non-exchangeable.
  • We will process the refund in the case when we have been unable to deliver the product within 45 days of placing the order.
  • We strictly do not accept returns.

Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled within 6 hours of ordering. You can simply email us on support@silvya.in. Please mention order id of your order.
  • We will credit the full amount in case of pre-paid order in the original mode of payment.
